| Stonepark (Páirc na gClóché) is an exciting new development located on the original grounds of the McDevitt residence dating back to 1869. In later years it was donated to the Sisters of Mercy who were providing a second level education to the people of Glenties at the McDevitt Institute which was part of the now Highlands Hotel. The site itself is located on the edge of Glenties adjacent to St Connell’s Church.
A unique development of 9 family homes and 21 apartments, this development will be a benchmark for all future developments in the Northwest. The emphasis throughout the design concept was on providing luxurious accommodation finished to the highest of standards, while using environmentally friendly and heat efficient materials that would ensure that new regulations in relation to combating CO2 omissions would not only be met but surpassed.
